One Clients Perspective

I struggled working in my business for several years, with great financial success, but I was unhappy. When I started working with you, you helped me clarify my life priorities and focus my business and talent to be more fulfilled.  Once I had that clarity and took action I've been amazed how easy, straightforward, and fun life can be.

My business has tripled in the three years since we've worked together and now instead of being frustrated, I'm continually amazed at the opportunities that come my way, and my ability to make choices about them. Thank you!

High Performance Team Building

(Experiential Learning Events - non equine)

This extremely unique “Stepping Through the Gate” learning session helps team members learn how to build trust, address fear and self-doubt, and communicate clearly to perform effectively as a high performing team. This three-day, facilitated learning session includes multiple challenge events with breakout sessions to deepen the learning.

Facilitated conversations, experiences and practices introduced throughout the experiential learning events create personal insight about the principles, values and practices needed to succeed as a High Performing Team. Through their experience in the events, participants realize the potential of each individual’s capacity to positively impact the organization, and set the stage for developing a more powerful organization. “Powerful” in this case translates to “the individual and organizational capacity to respond” to opportunities and issues.

The 5 basic dysfunctions most teams face are addressed during the session:
1. Absence of Trust
2. Fear of Conflict
3. Lack of Understanding and Commitment
4. Avoidance of Accountability
5. Inattention to Results

Participants learn about the importance of making choices, and being accountable for the results they create. The challenge events create experiences that stimulate learning directly transferable to high performance teams creating impressive results.

When possible, we link the challenge events to the key projects your company is working on.

Come with expectations of learning about, and experiencing, the extroadinary results that are accomplished when a "group" become a high performing team.
