Our discussion will help you become clearer about what you want to achieve and how to go after it.  You'll gain some definitive ideas about the approach options available to reach your goals. Included will be some ideas on how to gauge your progress and measure your success. If together we determine there’s a fit we’ll begin moving forward.

Our approach to working with clients:

The first step is a complimentary telephone consultation. On this call we'll discuss your business, personal situation and appropriate approach for your situation.

Once the decision is made to move forward, we will lay out a journey that includes:

  1. An assessment to determine your business and/or personal challenges. We will capture your strengths (talents/gifts) and development areas also.
  2. We will determine if a facilitated planning session, coaching, or a customized experiential learning program will best serve your needs.
  3. Once we're clear about the objective, and in agreement, we will develop a proposed schedule.
  4. Finally, we move into the actual business planning / coaching / learning journey and you will begin taking the actions that will move you forward toward achieving your goals.
